farmtastic is deeply rooted in regional Bavarian agriculture while maintaining a strong international network. Cross-border knowledge exchange is a core element of our work – both as a host for international delegations and as an active participant in professional missions abroad.
We regularly welcome guests from policy, science, and agricultural practice to our operations, providing insights into our work at the interface of agriculture, applied research, and water and resource management. At the same time, we contribute our expertise to international formats, learn from different systems, and collaboratively develop innovative solutions.
A key framework for this exchange is provided by programs such as Bayern International, as well as independently organized collaborations and tailored expert programs.
Our goal is not only to share knowledge, but to further develop it – in a practical, scientifically sound, and internationally connected context.

We plan your delegation visit
We design and organize tailored expert programs for international delegations and groups within an agricultural context. Depending on specific interests, we offer thematic focus areas such as water management, soil and nutrient management, or precision agriculture.
Upon request, we take care of the full on-site organization – from designing the technical program and coordinating farm visits to involving relevant experts, as well as handling logistics, transportation, catering, and accommodation. Our formats are suitable for groups of various sizes and are individually tailored to objectives, professional background, and time frame.
Through the close integration of practical farming, applied research, and consulting, we provide not only insights but also tangible technical value and exchange on equal footing.
